Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Los Angeles, located in Encino, serves a signature omakase-inspired tasting menu.

The price of the Los Angeles menu is $185 per person. A 20% Service Charge will be added to all bills.

Our intimate restaurant seats a maximum of 10 guests, with nightly seatings at 5:00 PM, 7:15 PM and 9:30 PM.

We invite you to join us 30 minutes before your reservation time for a complimentary welcome cocktail and a multi-course canapé service to begin your experience.

Our omakase-inspired tasting menu features a curated selection of Chef's Choice nigiri-style sushi

+ 1 dessert bite.

Beverages, premium supplements to the menu, and additional bites (time permitting) are available à la carte.

We politely decline all mushroom and fish allergies/aversions. Additionally, we do not offer a vegetarian menu. Our team can accommodate all gluten, dairy, and shellfish restrictions.

We charge a full menu price of $185 per person for all cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to your reservation time. A credit card hold is required for all reservations.

Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to make changes to your reservation.

Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation may result in missing part of the experience.

Age Requirement

Guests of all ages are welcome. However, we require that all guests participate in our omakase inspired tasting menu. We do not offer any children’s menus or a la carte options.

Dress Code

We do not enforce a dress code. Please wear whatever you are comfortable dining in.

Parking Information

Parking is available in the underground garage for a $7 fee. Street and meter parking is also available on Woodley Ave.
