Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Deer Valley, located inside The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, serves a signature omakase inspired tasting menu.
The price of the Deer Valley menu is $245 per person.
Our intimate restaurant seats a maximum of 10 guests, with nightly seatings at 5:00 PM, 7:15 PM, and 9:30 PM.
We invite you to join us 30 minutes before your reservation time for a complimentary welcome cocktail and a multi-course canapé service to begin your experience.
